Sweet clover is a group of European biennial plants belonging to the pea family. Generally they are grown for forage, bee plants or green manure. They have compound leaves with 3 rounded leaflets and tiny, sweet-smelling pea-like flowers. Sweet clover grows to 3-5' tall and has yellow flowers.
